Processing & Fulfillment
Orders ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
All items are crafted and packed in small batches, so restocks or high-demand periods may occasionally add processing time.
Once your order has entered fulfillment, it can’t be changed or canceled.
Tracking information will be sent as soon as your label is created.
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days after the carrier’s first scan, please email contact@hugaboo.us with your order number.
Once confirmed lost, we’ll offer a one-time replacement.

Delivery times are estimates only. Weather, carrier delays, or peak-season traffic may extend delivery times and do not qualify for refunds.
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties

International orders usually ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — all duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout to ensure smooth customs clearance.
If DDP is unavailable, your order will ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), and local customs will collect import fees upon delivery.
