Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and want you to love your order.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

  • Please email contact@hugaboo.us for pre-approval before sending a return.
    (Unapproved returns can’t be processed.)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift sets, promotional items, or limited editions

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video.
We’ll send a replacement if available, or a full refund if not.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
As a courtesy, we may offer one complimentary reshipment per customer per year.


Address Issues & Third-Party Purchases

We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Reshipping fees may apply for returned or undeliverable packages.
Only items purchased directly from www.hugaboo.us are eligible for returns.
For third-party purchases, please contact the retailer directly.
